Meet Michele Mortensen

As a stand-up comic, I’m known for my lady-like demeanor, which is sprinkled with “just a touch of naughty.” I bring my experiences as a wife, mother, grandmother, arts administrator, professional musician, and college professor to the stage in a self-deprecating manner that resonates with people of all ages. I’ve performed at the She-Devil Comedy Festival, the International Lady Laughs Festival, the World Series of Comedy, and the Boston Comedy Festival where I was a semi-finalist in 2020. In 2015 I was featured in The Huffington Post for an Elite Daily video – “Grandmas Define Modern Slang.”
